This neighborhood coffee shop, perfect for getting some work done or chatting with friends, does incredible pour-overs and cold brews but don't shy away from their creative lattes, teas and coffee mocktail. They have a second location in Mt. Pleasant.

While the front of this gift shop is filled with incredible, locally made products, the back room is dedicated almost entirely to books. Cozy and inviting, this section of the store has what seems like every book ever written about Charleston, both fiction and non-fiction.

Itinerant Literate Bookstop

They started out as the Charleston Bookmobile in 2015 before opening their cozy brick and mortar in 2018. In addition to selling a nicely curated selection of books, they host a monthly book club and author events.
